Welcome to Designer Dining!
Dining is an Experience
We believe that dining should be an experience, not just a method for being fed. A dining establishment should combine elements to please all of the human senses: aroma, sight, sound, touch, and of course, taste. A well designed restaurant provides these elements such that the diner not only experiences all of these factors in pleasing ways, but leaves with a memory that remains long after the meal has ended.

Our Goal
We are dedicated to providing expert advice, based on many years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries, on opening a new restaurant, or revamping an existing one, to create an establishment that is efficient, welcoming, and profitable! This website will guide you through the many aspects of designing, planning and executing the numerous steps necessary for creating a successful restaurant, bar, nightclub, café... or whatever food and beverage establishment you have or can conceive!
Feel free to browse any pages that interest you. Visit our Feedback page to share your experiences, thoughts, and ideas. We hope that the information here will inspire you to design a restaurant that will give you many years of fulfillment and satisfaction!

Your Goal
With the information on this website, you can glean as much or as little guidance and advice as you want or need, from something as simple as designing your menu to ideas for a full-scale build-out on a new or gutted (raw) commercial space.
The navigation menu at the top of each web page on this site will guide you to pertinent information regarding the main elements and attributes of any eating establishment, regardless of size. The images presented on this site pose as examples for creating a special atmosphere, a menu that is clear and effective, food that is inviting, and service that is impeccable.
We wish you the best of luck in your new venture, and will aim to inspire you to have fun in the process!
"All four elements were happening in equal measure - the cuisine, the wine, the service, and the overall ambience. It taught me that dining could happen at a spiritual level."
